my home made skull candles!
im proud of my littel skull candls that actaully work, i used a needle to punch in a wick so they can act like a tea light or such.
i plan on selling a few of these guys or giving them as gifts to some of my friends.
These lil guys where kind of hard to make, after a few weeks of trial and error using diffrent types of modling clay/acrtlic latex paint to make a mold base to shape the skull i finally make one, sady by using liquid latex, my goal was to use house hold stuff.
but with the latex paint made molds i can cast/make endless amounts of skull candles, all it takes is 1$ to make 2, or use extra melted waxe to case, erther way i get the same result every time. i plan to make more of them in diffrent colors

okay my last pic i will upload for a while, soon heading off to filmfestable. cya <3

:3 It would be really cool if you figured out how to make floating ones and put them in blood red water or fake blood.

actaully, with abit of palying around, i can now produce them hallow and fill them with things, fake blood is one thing, but also red waxe made with red food colouring poored inside makes the inside red, so when it melts while lite, it looks like its bleeding >D

Wow. Awesome! I try to make candles they always come out black and never work... and never solidify so they are usually just mushy statues staring me down in my failure T^T
But I'm pretty good with faux skin latex and skin putty, so I guess it works out for me in the end ^.^
